SPECIAL OFFERS |

A Good Introduction...
Let's face it, this offer works in everybody's interest! You want to know what's wrong with your kit and what it may take to fix it and I have the know-how and want to meet new customers! So As an introductory offer and as a new client, I can come and see you to give my professional diagnosis. I'll give you a good idea of how much work may be involved and what it's going cost you. Better than that - if you decide to go straight ahead with the work I'll scrub the £20 fee and start the meter from zero. What could be fairer than that?
It gets even better!
If you do decide to go ahead with the work I'll not only scrub the diagnosis fee but it will be turned into the call-out charge, which is normally £36, and which includes the first hour of servicing. This means that should the work take less than an hour to complete, you will only pay £20 in total.

Tutorial Lessons ...
As a special introduction to tutorials, you can now have four one-hour lessons for the price of three and this offer is valid for existing clients as well as new ones. Simply pay the normal hourly rate of £36 for each of the first three hours and get the last lesson absolutely free.
These four structured tutorials are designed to cover Windows and The Internet for Beginners and will give the beginner a very good broad basis of undertanding upon which to build.
Lesson 1
The first lesson assumes no knowledge of the PC at all and covers the basics including using the Start Menu, opting for the faster "Quick Start Bar", creating folders, basic customisation, "drag and drop" and why full-screen isn't always better. It also deals with simple word processing, hardware basics and potential for expansion. |
Lesson 2
In the second lesson we will cover the basics of using Internet Explorer to look at websites as well as email options. We'll also learn how to search for information effectively as well as looking at practical guidance on how to find the stuff you want at the best prices. |
Lesson 3
Lesson three deals more with your own individual needs and how you can best use your PC to enrich your own life. We'll examine your existing areas of interest and how to use your PC to tie in with your lifestyle. |
Lesson 4
The last lesson will be a chance for you to review what we have done, ask questions and go over anything that you are not sure about or indeed anything in particular that you would like to learn. |
| It is usually best to start with some kind of structure but it's to be understood that some people are stronger in some areas than others and there is much room for flexibility. I don't want to bore you with stuff that you know already and what you want to learn is essentially up to you. If you would like to cover anything in particular then please let me know. |
