Call-Out Charge
My Call-Out charge is £36.00 which includes up to the first hour of service.

Hourly Rate (On-Site)
My On-Site Hourly Rate is £36.00 and this rate is charged at 15-minute segments which are rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.

Hourly Rate (Off-Site)
My Off-Site Hourly Rate is £28.00 and applies to any work that must be undertaken at my base in Highgate. This usually means file recovery and other hardware maintenance for which special hardware diagnostic tools are needed from my own network. This charge is charged at 15-minute segments which are rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes with a minimum charge of one hour.

Parts
I provide a service and as such do not generally sell any parts. Instead, I am happy to advise about where parts may be ordered for a good price and assist all my customers with the ordering of any parts that may be necessary in order to complete the work. Because I do not sell the parts myself there is no middle-man mark-up on parts as is often the case with many IT service engineers and I can often use my contacts to obtain parts at the best possible prices.
